About The Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our clients team on a temporary contract, working full-time Monday to Friday. This is a broad HR role supporting a high-volume mobilisation period, with a mix of recruitment and HR generalist responsibilities. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner, gaining valuable hands-on exposure across the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and accurate HR advice, guidance, and support to the business
* Support the Senior HR Business Partner with general HR administration tasks
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate management, and interview coordination
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors and employees
* Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system
* Coordinate activities across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, training, performance management, and exit)
* Assist with developing and updating policies, procedures, and practices
* Support people initiatives including health & wellbeing, reward & recognition, and workplace culture
* Manage HR systems and data, including preparation of monthly HR metrics
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in HR administration or recruitment
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
* Ability to adapt to evolving systems and processes
* Positive, motivated, and flexible approach to work
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across the business
* Relevant tertiary degree or similar
* Valid C Class Drivers Licence
