Role
Based at our Warners Bay store and averaging approximately 42 hours per fortnight including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the key responsibilities include:
* Provide expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers
* Promote and expand the Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
* Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best choice
* Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
* Support team members to meet business goals
* Contribute to the overall store presentation through merchandising and housekeeping
* Support local community and charitable organisations
About You
* Previous retail experience
* Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers
* Energetic, enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job
* Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
* Strong attention to detail
