* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
* Track and report sprint metrics (velocity, cycle time) to improve team performance.
* Remove blockers and coordinate cross-functional SAP teams for smooth delivery.
* Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
* Support Product Owners in prioritization and release planning.
* Skills: 3+ years as Scrum Master in SAP, ECC/S/4HANA knowledge, Jira/Azure DevOps, CSM/PSM I (mandatory), SAFe SSM preferred, excellent facilitation & stakeholder management.
2- SAP Sales and Distribution & RM Lead (S/4HANA)
* Lead solution design and implementation for SAP Sales & Distribution and Revenue Management.
* Manage stakeholders and vendor relationships effectively.
* Ensure smooth integration with S/4HANA modules and business processes.
* Support testing, go-live, and hypercare activities.
* Drive process improvements in billing, pricing, contracts, and revenue recognition.
* Skills: 10+ years SAP experience, Utilities domain knowledge, strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
