Residential Care Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Residential Manager to lead our team at a St Anne's Residential Aged Care Home in Broken Hill. The home offers a unique opportunity for individuals who value delivering exceptional care and support to older adults.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Residential Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional resident-centered care and support;
2. Develop and implement effective operational plans to ensure efficient use of resources;
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services;
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies;
5. Conduct regular quality reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed;
6. Maintain accurate records and reports as required by legislation and organizational policies;]

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* A current APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse (desirable);
* Demonstrated experience in the management of a Residential Aged Care Facility;
* Strong knowledge of operating requirements within the Health/Aged Care Industry;
* Ability to conduct care minutes assessments and associated financial analysis;
* Knowledge of legislative and operating requirements within the Aged Care Accreditation Standards;
* Strong experience in budget implementation and monitoring;
* Demonstrated asset and site management experience;
* Demonstrated leadership and people management skills;
* Highly developed communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the elderly, families, staff, and management;
