Mid-Weight Graphic Designer (6-month contract)
At Doltone Hospitality Group (DHG), we're all about crafting unforgettable moments across hospitality, events, retail and tourism. As our creative team continues to grow, we're on the lookout for a visual storyteller to join our in-house creative agency in Pyrmont.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead creative projects from concept to execution across digital, print and event environments, protecting our brand identity and delivering compelling campaigns.
Responsibilities
* Designing and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Translating brand strategy into standout visual assets
* Championing DHG's brand identity across all touchpoints
* Partnering with marketing, events and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns
* Mentoring junior designers and upholding design excellence
* Overseeing photoshoots and working with external suppliers
* Bringing fresh thinking and trend awareness to every brief
Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in Graphic Design or similar
* Confidence across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
* A sharp eye for layout, typography and cohesive design systems
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
* Ability to lead projects independently and juggle multiple deadlines
* Degree in Graphic Design or related field
* Bonus: Art direction experience or background in hospitality
