We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Project Managers to join our growing Sydney teams. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with strong HVAC experience who is ready to take the next step into managing commercial projects from planning through to delivery. This could suit somebody stepping up into this type of role from a site supervisor, project coordinator, installations manager, a very senior technician or project engineer or somebody looking to step off the tools.
About the Role
You will be delivering commercial HVAC projects across Sydney. You'll gain hands‐on exposure to the full project lifecycle while building your leadership and commercial skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in the management of commercial HVAC projects
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
* Managing project documentation, schedules and reporting
* Supporting procurement and cost control processes
* Attending site meetings and liaising with clientsMonitoring project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
* Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
About You
* Experience in commercial HVAC (site supervision, leading hand, project engineer, installations manager. estimator or project coordinator background or a junior PM)
* This role would suit an individual with strong experience in the trade looking to step off the tools- a senior technician!
* Strong understanding of mechanical services systems
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Relevant trade or mechanical engineering qualifications (desirable)
