Central Adelaide Local Health Network, Royal Adelaide Hospital. Salary MDP-2 $89,253 - $144,291 p.a. + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits. Full-time temporary. Duration of the training program: 6 months from 5/8/26 up to 31/1/27. Term of the Contract: 3 Years in line with clause 52 of the Salaried Medical Officers Enterprise Agreement. At the end of the training program, CALHN will work with the employee to find a suitable placement within SA Health for the remainder of the 3 year contract. About the role: The Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) is South Australia’s largest accredited teaching hospital and is offering a 12-month full-time position comprising 6-month rotations in Clinical Toxicology and Emergency Medicine. RAH Toxicology Service is the state’s only inpatient Clinical Toxicology unit, providing inpatient care at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and consultative cover to The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Women’s & Children’s Hospital, etc.

Tamworth and Rural Hospitals
Tamworth is the regional referral centre for NSW North West, offering affordable living and a great balance of country life with world-class critical care delivery at the hospital, overseen by FACEMs involved in the ED and the Retrieval Service. Emergency Advanced Trainees will have access to 6 months of Anaesthetics, ICU and Retrieval Medicine. There are consultants on shift from 7:00am to 12:00am every day, with a proactive on-call service overnight. The case-mix includes rural trauma, complex medical conditions, snake envenomations, critically ill children, and late-presenting illnesses.
