About this role
Key Responsibilities:
* Mix, process and bake a variety of doughs, including sourdough and artisan breads.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet customer needs and maintain bakery cleanliness.
* Provide excellent customer service and assist with stock control and production efficiency.
Essential Requirements:
* Prior learning or experience in baking is preferred.
* Able to work early morning shifts (commencing at 4am).
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills are required.
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is necessary.
