Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Environmental Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of our agricultural unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing work teams and their activities, including determining priorities of production and irrigation plans. They will also identify equipment breakdowns and arrange repairs, schedule maintenance and servicing of equipment and vehicles, and organize stock movements, feeding, and husbandry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Agricultural Science or similar and demonstrated experience leading medium-size teams, driving productivity, team engagement, and retention. They will also have knowledge of EPA requirements relating to Waste Water Licensing and the ability to operate machinery and equipment with repair and maintenance capabilities.
