Guest Service Agent — Front Desk & Guest Experience
Accor Hotels in Adelaide is seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide friendly service and assist guests with inquiries, managing check‐ins and check‐outs. Candidates should have prior customer service experience, ideally in a hotel, and robust verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud is preferred.
