**Role Overview**: 
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee operational logistics and coordination for the Senior Leadership Team, including managing their schedules, arranging meetings, travel plans and information flow. This includes proactively anticipating the needs of the Senior Leadership Team, and ensuring smooth scheduling flow. 
- Support the Commercial Team in operationalising processes across core functions as the team grows, including pre-empting tasks and requirements. 
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events and communications, including agenda coordination and creation, and follow-up actions. 
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests, maintaining a high level of professionalism. 
- Handle ad-hoc requests and tasks with a "can-do" attitude, demonstrating ownership and initiative. 
- Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail in all tasks. 
- Contribute to a positive team culture and foster a team-oriented working environment.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. 
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational role, executive assistant or other related role, with exposure to business operations best practices, and ideally within a dynamic environment or fast-paced startup or technology company. 
- Strong problem-solving and solutions-focused skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail, demonstrating a capacity for rapid on-the-job learning. 
- Possess a proactive and self-driven approach, adept at recognising opportunities to streamline processes and taking ownership to execute, whilst boldly confronting challenges head-on. 
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders across the company, industry, government and academia. 
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
