Job Summary:
Zenviron is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to drive operational and financial discipline. This key role will report into the CEO and lead financial management and strategy, capital management, and commercial governance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability
* Lead a high-performing finance team to achieve organisational goals
* Collaborate with operational leaders to provide financial insights and inform strategic decisions
* Ensure the business is hitting financial and operational targets through effective performance monitoring and reporting
* Support long-term growth initiatives by identifying and exploiting new opportunities
Requirements:
* CA/CPA (or equivalent) with tertiary qualifications in commerce, accounting, or business
* MBA or equivalent strategic training advantageous
* Previous experience in undertaking a company secretary role or similar position
