The Lakes Resort is seeking a front desk operator to provide exceptional service and support to residents and guests.
This autonomous position consists of various shifts on a full-time roster, excluding weekends.
About the Role
* To handle and coordinate guest accommodation reservations efficiently
* To assist with check-in/check-out processes as necessary
* To provide on-site assistance for guests' experiences during their stay
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain close communication with guests to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
2. To book tours for guests, if required.
3. Total control over access keys issuance by coordinating activities with tradespeople or visitors when necessary
