About The Role
The Change Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of organizational change initiatives. This role works closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to assess the impact of changes, ensure effective communication, and facilitate smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. The Change Analyst plays a key role in minimizing disruption, maximizing employee engagement, and ensuring that change initiatives meet their intended business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct change impact assessments to identify the effects of proposed changes on people, processes, and systems.
* Assist in developing and delivering change management strategies, plans, and activities.
* Support the creation of stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
* Track and analyze change readiness, adoption, and resistance through surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.
* Maintain documentation and reporting on change management activities, risks, and issues.
* Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver learning materials and support resources.
* Provide support to Change Managers, Project Managers, and business leaders in implementing change initiatives.
* Monitor and report on key change metrics to ensure initiatives are on track and outcomes are achieved.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in change management practices.

Criteria for Selection

* Supplier key personnel should have experience in the preparation of the change and adoption strategy.
* Supplier key personnel should have experience preparing written reports and process maps, and proposing business solutions.
* Supplier key personnel should have experience in focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.
* Supplier key personnel should have experience in organisational change readiness assessment and stakeholder engagement.
* Supplier key personnel should have experience in collaborating effectively with key stakeholders.
* Supplier key personnel should have proven experience facilitating workshops or sessions with diverse audiences and stakeholders. Confidence conducting engagement sessions to large audiences.
* Supplier key personnel should have experience in delivering training programs.
* Supplier key personnel should have experience supporting the overall implementation of system solutions, including roll-out activities such as system user migration, transition management, external end-user support, and post-implementation support.
* Supplier key personnel should have advanced experience in documenting various end user artifacts that support adoption, such as user guides, training aids, and end-to-end business process mapping.
* Supplier key personnel should have experience working with stakeholders and end users of varying degrees of IT literacy, translating complex technical concepts into clear, plain language and user-friendly materials for verbal and written communication.
* Supplier key personnel should exhibit cultural awareness when supporting diverse end-user groups, ensuring documentation, communication, and alternative workflows are tailored to meet specific needs.
* Supplier key personnel with experience in health data systems or health-related projects, demonstrating understanding of health service workflows, privacy requirements, and regulatory compliance, is desired.
* Supplier key personnel with working knowledge of identity management related concepts is desirable.
