About the role
We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our team for an immediate start. You will assist with general labour duties, material handling, and site preparation, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Specific duties Include:
* Assisting with general civil works, including site preparation and clean-up
* Manual handling of materials and equipment
* Assisting various trades, from structural to finishing trades
* Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
* Taking direction from site supervisors and head foreman
* Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality workmanship
Our ideal candidate:
* Previous skilled labourer experience
* Good physical fitness, motivation and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
* A keen eye for detail and a focus on safety
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Takes pride in daily activities and the work site
* A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, punctual and dependable
Requirements needed to apply:
* Construction White Card
* Possession of a valid driving licence and/or your own reliable mode of transportation
* Full Australian Work Rights
