Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Digital Platform Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of our digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic technologist who wants to make a direct impact on the digital capabilities of our organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring performance, uptime, security, user support, and alignment with global standards. They will also lead technical design and feasibility assessments, translate business briefs into scalable solutions, and oversee secure platform changes and integrations.
* Platform Management & Governance – Act as the technical owner of designated digital platforms.
* Technical Solutioning & Collaboration – Lead technical design and feasibility assessments.
* Platform Strategy & Roadmap – Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap.
* Optimisation & Continuous Improvement – Analyse usage data and troubleshoot complex issues.
This is a unique opportunity for a technically proficient digital professional with 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level platforms. We are looking for someone with deep expertise, a strategic mindset, and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
Ideally, you will have:
* Hands-on experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
* Experience in large, matrixed or global corporate environments.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven stakeholder and vendor management skills.
* Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
