The role of Member Support Consultant is fast-paced and rewarding. You will be responsible for:
* Contributing to club sales budget through proactive sales promotions and referrals campaigns
* Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
* Achieving lead contact targets via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
* Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
* Creatingsuccessful member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* A problem-solving mindset and ability to provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
* Excellent communication skills to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
* Drive and goal-focussed approach to continuously excel yourself
* Ability to work as a team player and celebrate personal and team success
* Customer-focused approach to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivate them to achieve their goals

* A competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000 made up of base salary and commission, plus super
