Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Support Worker to provide tailored support in daily living skills and behaviour plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop person-centred care plans to achieve customer goals
* Support customers with meal preparation, housekeeping, personal hygiene and medication administration
* Ensure effective implementation of positive behaviour support plans
* Complete administrative tasks and mandatory reporting duties
Requirements:
* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours
* Extensive experience working with people with disabilities
* Certification in Disability or Individual Support (or higher)
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to use private vehicle for work-related purposes
