Key Responsibilities
Overseeing a team of project delivery specialists, some activities include
- Develop and implement program strategies that align with organisational objectives and strategic goals
- Monitor and control project and program performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Lead the planning, execution and closure of complex projects ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Develop comprehensive project and program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation and scheduling
- Prepare and present detailed reports and project status, including progress against milestones and budget, including capital requests and timeframes
- Maintain project management framework as aligned to templates, tools, to standardise and streamline project execution
- Deliver projects across Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Software, Financial Transformation, AI Solutions
What is required
- An exceptional Program and Project Management capability, using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Project Management Certification would be highly regarded
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- A pragmatic approach, with first class internal and external customer facing skills
- Recent and extensive Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution domain experience is mandatory
- Excellent commercial, communication, negotiation, financial and business acumen skills
