The Role
As the Assistant Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales, exceeding company KPIs, and inspiring a talented sales team. We need a go-getter who thrives working independently and loves styling up a storm. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and motivating your team to achieve and surpass sales goals
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, offering personalised styling advice
* Implementing visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and inspiring store environment
* Training and developing your team to ensure exceptional service and performance
* Being the face of the store, providing a memorable shopping experience for every client
Skills & Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in retail leadership, ideally in apparel
* A proven ability to deliver personalised styling experiences and a love for styling up a storm
* Strong communication skills
* High energy and a vibrant personality
* Experience managing budgets and KPIs, and achieving company targets
* Attention to detail with strong visual merchandising skills
