Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be supporting the Boutique Manager in numerous aspects including leading, coaching, and mentoring the boutique team. You will have a demonstrated ability in driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. In addition, you will possess a deep understanding of the luxury and jewellery industries, including manufacture and product knowledge.You will have a genuine passion for your team, supporting them to achieve their goals and will be a positive influencer to contribute to their success.Key Duties include:Achieve and exceed boutique sales target by setting sales target(s) to the team and leading the team with sales strategies, e.g. focus on specific products, to meet the sales target.Utilize various reports to review and analyze business results in order to propose action plans to reach targets.Conduct market research on market trends and competitors' sales to share with management.Be responsible for KPI achievement for self and the team.Monitor the on-floor behaviour of staff.Clienteling: Manage all staff to follow-up on all sales leads and develop clients into long-term relationships.Staff Management:Lead and mentor the team to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals.Manage, coach, and motivate staff to achieve.Establish accountabilities & performance expectations for staff.Allocate individual specific qualitative and quantitative objectives to each staff member.Be responsible for planning and publishing the monthly roster for all staff in the store.Ensure the grooming of boutique staff is aligned with the guidelines of Chaumet.Inventory Management:Manage stock levels.Supervise stock transfers, stock takes, & inventory counts.Ensure stock and backup storage is effectively managed in an organized manner.Monitor stock levels and identify gaps in ranges.Customer Service (including after-sales service):Ensure the best customer service & brand experience to customers to achieve high customer satisfaction.Ensure satisfactory after-sales service to customers in-store.Attend to customer complaints in a timely manner.Brand Ambassador:Act as a PR and brand ambassador following corporate guidelines of the brand.Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance:In consultation with the Regional Team, be responsible for applying brand merchandising guidelines.Ensure timely window and interior product display rotation, including new products & best seller items, in order to maximize sales opportunities and meet brand guidelines.Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping for both sales floor, window, counters, and stock rooms at all times.In consultation with the Regional Marketing Team, be responsible for organizing events, VIP lists, and invites, liaising with the PR agency, etc.In consultation with the Retail Director, store team, and marketing team in Hong Kong, be responsible for planning and executing the High Jewellery events. Ensure the events are professionally managed and executed in line with Chaumet guidelines.Administrative Management:Oversee all aspects of store operation, e.g. invoicing, daily reconciliation reports, management reports, cash management, etc.Complete requested reports and documents in a timely manner.Implement and support all security procedures and measures.Be responsible and accountable for the petty cash in store, and its monthly reimbursement.Banking done in a timely manner.CRM:Lead the team to acquire, build, and maintain key customers.Implement activities to drive customer repeat visits and build customer loyalty.Ensure all clients and prospects are registered correctly, and all client cards have been signed by clients.Workplace Health & Safety:Ensure the boutique is compliant with all Health and Safety guidelines and measures.Protect staff members' health and safety; it is each member’s responsibility to strictly adhere to all regulations and rules regarding health and safety.In the event of any incident or accident in the boutique, follow the Health and Safety guidelines in line with the legislation, take necessary precautions and notify the HR department immediately.Notify the Company of anything that might put any person at risk or be in breach of any laws or regulations.What we are looking for:At least 5+ years of retail management experience.Proven ability to meet & exceed KPIs.Demonstrates a team player attitude with great interpersonal skills.An understanding of all in-store retail operations.A strong leader with the ability to coach and develop individuals.A hands-on, inclusive, and dynamic management style.Strong stock management with an eye for detail.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company with great culture, supportive team & management, excellent training, development, and growth opportunities.CHAUMET is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, welcoming and celebrating applicants from all backgrounds.
