The Opportunity 
Our client is a leading Australian fashion retailer, who own three brands that are in the forefront of the Australian Market. Established over 20 years ago, our client has a strong global presence and is still experiencing huge growth. The Role 
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 
Receive, review and prepare invoices for processing 
Ensure all payments, both domestic and international, are accurately processed 
Provide guidance to all staff on necessary procedures and be the main point of contact for all AP queries 
Maintain and reconcile monthly rental ledger/schedule, as well as leasing agreements on a half yearly basis 
Process weekly AP ageing reports 
Receipt funds from customers and vendors, and process credit notes 
About YOU 
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following: 
Ideally, you will have 2+ years of experience in a full function AP role within the retail/hospitality industry 
Importantly, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with multiple stakeholders 
A high attention to detail, a strong work ethic, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills 
The ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and operate efficiently in a high complex environment
