We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established engineering team specialising in the design, manufacture, and delivery of electrical switchboard projects. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone with proven project management experience and a strong background in electrical or industrial projects.

You'll be working with a leading manufacturer based in Meadowbrook, QLD, known for delivering high-quality electrical solutions across infrastructure, industrial, and commercial projects. What will you be doing?
* Planning, coordinating, and delivering electrical switchboard projects to scope, time, and budget
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and leading project meetings
* Overseeing compliance with WHS, AS/NZS 61439, and company IMS standards
* Managing project schedules, budgets, variations, and reporting requirements
* Driving quality assurance through testing, inspections, and handover documentation
* Supporting continuous improvement and lessons learned across project delivery
What do you need?
* Experience in switchboard manufacturing or infrastructure projects (must have)
* Proven experience managing electrical or industrial projects
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Understanding of WHS obligations and compliance standards
* Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
* Ability to work and manage with others as part of a team
* Ability to motivate and support staff across project delivery
* Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong accuracy, organisational, and computer literacy skills
* Ability to follow processes and procedures while working unsupervised
* Electrical trade or engineering background (desirable)
