Position: Sales and Service
Hours: Full time 38-45 hours per week - can be flexible with start and finish times
Remuneration: Vehicle Repair, Services and Retail Award 2020 Level 4 – 5 - can negotiate salary for the right applicant.

Excavation Equipment is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team at our new branch in Townsville who can provide outstanding assistance to our customers in sales and service.
Your job will be to support the smooth running of Excavation Equipment Townsville, support the Branch Manager, and provide excellence in admin and improve customer experience.
The positions duties will include but not limited to:
* Act as the first point of contact for all customers
* Improve customer experience for all online and retail sales
* Assisting customers with collections and load outs (manually and also with a forklift)
* Assist with sales and admin activities
* Provide support to Branch Manager where needed
* General admin
* All facets of office and yard maintenance
Successful Applicants must demonstrate the following essential criteria:
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Have C Class License and Forklift License (the latter can be obtained on the job for the right applicant)
* An understanding of retail sales, customer care and relationship management
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in performance
* Microsoft Suite
* Ability to format documents to a high standard of presentation
* Willingness to learn accounting packages such as Xero
* Ability to work independently to a consistently high standard
* Strong organisation / time management skills
* Ability to establish good relations with all levels of team members
* Ability to join an Apple iOS Environment
