* Identify customer needs and determine products to meet their requirements.

* Establish external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents.
* Conduct consistent market research to stay updated on housing industry trends.
* Manage and develop a high-performing sales team.

* Good knowledge of IT systems and processes.
* Availability to work weekends.
