About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Back of House Manager to oversee stock operations at a high-performing Harbour Town store. In this key support role, you'll lead the BOH team, manage merchandise flow, and ensure operational excellence in line with company standards. This is a dynamic leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, teamwork, and process all within a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the Back of House team to ensure accurate and efficient stock processing
* Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise, including tagging, markdowns, and floor readiness
* Maintain stockroom organisation and uphold audit compliance standards
* Monitor shrinkage and loss prevention, completing reports and investigations as required
* Partner with the Store Manager on training, scheduling, and team development
* Support accurate stocktakes and resolve discrepancies throughout the year
* Ensure all BOH operations align with the store's trading priorities and customer focus
Skills & Experience
* Experience in back-of-house or stockroom operations within a high-volume retail environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate a team
* Detail-oriented, organised, and confident managing stock systems and reporting
* Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
* A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a high standard of professionalism
