Doot Doot Doot is one of two restaurants located at Jackalope offering a modern-Australian, European influenced cuisine inspired by our seasonal garden.
We are looking for a standout professional who can work within a team, including the front of house and kitchen as a whole. Be outgoing and approachable with a positive attitude, honesty, humble and respectful nature. Be genuinely passionate about our industry, with a strong work ethic and lead our young team by example. Bring your experience and knowledge to the table, along with some fun and cheekiness.

Requirements:
Previous Supervisory experience within a 5-star fine dining restaurant/hospitality environment (minimum of 2 years and 5 years in hospitality)
Food and Wine knowledge, ideally with WSET certificate desirable
Proven ability to lead, train and manage a team
Experience cashing up
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build relationships with guests, suppliers and other department heads
Flexibility to work as part of a roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
