Title: Enterprise Key Account ManagerLocation: Sydney, NSW
Responsible for continuous growth of business through existing key Enterprise Accounts and markets, while driving the development of new Enterprise Accounts and vertical markets.
Responsibilities
* Develop high‐level relationships within enterprise accounts to secure large deals
* Document the strategic direction of assigned enterprise accounts and create sales strategies to meet long‐term account needs
* Coordinate resources to satisfy customer needs and maximise sales effectiveness
* Identify solutions for Enterprise Accounts and close complex projects
* Establish master contracts with enterprise accounts to secure long‐term relationships and preferred status
Qualifications
* Proven track record in enterprise sales or account management
* Strong business acumen, leadership, and strategic program execution skills with a process‐driven, analytical mindset
* Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to build relationships
* Strong problem‐solving skills to provide the right solution for clients
* Exposure to IT products, technology, or automation is highly regarded
