Are you looking for the next stepping stone in your career? Our Albany clinics are looking for a
Regional Technical Manager
to provide supportive leadership on a
two-year contract
. The role is a
full time position
, reporting to the Regional Manager working Monday to Friday, and includes participation in the on-call roster.
Role Overview
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing standard clinical duties including imaging and assisting interventional procedures.
Work between both the Sterling Terrace and Albany Health Campus clinics.
Collaborate and communicate with hospital contract partners for day-to-day operational workflow.
Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager, Office Managers, and Chief Sonographer.
Provide direction, supervision, support, and recognition of technical staff.
Plan and manage staff rostering, annual leave planning and sick and other leave as required.
Understand the financial and commercial aspects of the business and focus on managing clinic costs to achieve or exceed budget targets.
What we're looking for
Current AHPRA and WA EPA Radiation Licence
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload
Experience supervising and leading individuals and teams
