The Opportunity As the Enterprise Platforms Technical Lead, you will: Oversee the technical delivery and day-to-day operations of key enterprise systems, including Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Business Central. Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, release management, and technical support across the platforms. Lead, mentor, and guide Systems Analysts, helping uplift technical capability and quality. Manage escalated issues, reduce backlog, and ensure technical work follows consistent governance and documentation standards. Work closely with vendors, validating solutions, raising issues, and ensuring all deliverables meet internal quality expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, shape enhancements, and contribute to integration and data-flow optimisation. Own environment management (deployments, patching, version upgrades, sandbox refreshes). Ensure robust security, permissions management, and data integrity across platforms. Communicate technical impacts clearly to stakeholders and support organisational change activities. What You’ll Bring Background in enterprise application delivery, ideally within the Microsoft stack. Strong hands-on experience with: Dynamics 365 CRM / Sales Business Central Power Platform Experience leading or mentoring technical team members (e.g., Systems Analysts). Solid grasp of governance processes, change control, release management, testing, documentation. Strong vendor coordination and escalation management capability. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and structured working style. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Understanding of platform configuration, security models, integrations, and data integrity principles. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and high-quality system outcomes.
