Ladybug House is a family-owned paediatric clinic across 3 locations in Gold Coast and Melbourne, providing occupational therapy and speech pathology to children.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced part-time or full-time Receptionist/Administration Officer to join our team in Mudgeeraba, who can support our (wonderful) team of Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists in providing high quality care to our clients and their families.
This role will see you:
* Welcoming our clients to Ladybug House
* Ensuring all face-to-face, phone and online enquiries are dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner
* Entering data accurately into practice management software (Splose)
* Scheduling/rescheduling appointments
* Filling appointment cancellations
* Taking payments over the phone and in person using Tyro
* Light cleaning duties
* Providing general administrative and systems support to the Ladybug House team
About you
You are passionate about paediatric healthcare and thrive in a collaborative team environment. You are empathetic, proactive and solutions-focused, with a natural ability to make patients and their families feel cared for and supported.
You are highly organised and detail-oriented, with an ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy work environment.
You have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Receptionist or Administration Officer in a healthcare setting – paediatric allied health experience will be highly regarded
* Experience working within NDIS and Medicare frameworks
* Technical proficiency in practice management/scheduling software and Google suite. A strong working knowledge of Splose will be highly regarded.
* Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Permanent working rights with no restrictions
