We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can manage large scale maintenance activities and multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the delivery of service agreements and financial performance
* Maintain systems capturing all preventative and reactive work orders
* Manage maintenance planning and programming for prescribed maintenance, services, and activities
* Manage subcontractors and suppliers
* Provide technical and management service support to clients including the development of technical reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated facilities management experience in the management of large scale maintenance activities & multiple sites
* Strong knowledge of building assets, lifecycle & budget management
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage contractors
* Able to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
* Understanding of the role connecting people, teams, and office environments have on building a strong culture
