As a fast-growing business in a fast-growing sector, we're seeking to take on a Quality Analyst who will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality and services with VS365.
Job/Role Responsibilities
Conduct tests and inspections to identify any quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality metrics and goals
Analyse and interpret staff monitoring software intel, and provide recommendations to improve staff performance and reliability
Identify and resolve any quality issues that arise, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all quality assurance activities
Continuously monitor and evaluate quality control processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the BPO industry
Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance methodologies and tools
Proficiency in using testing and inspection equipment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and guidelines
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent attention to detail
