The opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dealer Development Coordinator to support our Dealer Development Manager in driving growth and performance across our Dealer network. In this relationship-focused role, you'll help strengthen B2B connections, provide real-time stock related information and support dealers in meeting key performance targets.
Key Accountabilities
- Stock Control
- Maintain up-to-date records of all vans from planning, production and dealership stock using dealer portal
- Monitor and track all van deliveries and collections, including transfers between dealerships
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Reallocation of stock within the network
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to coordinate the timely delivery and preparation of vans
- Produce regular stock reports for management and sales teams
- Proactively manage delivery ETAs and delays—keeping dealerships always informed
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and industry regulations
- Log all dealer communications to maintain transparent visibility across the full dealer portfolio
- Execute & maintain a structured video call plan for each Dealership
- Follow a standardised agenda
- Manage escalations and assist with sales incentives
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a dealership, managing stock control
- All-round excellent communication both verbal and written
- Someone who can prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and be calm under pressure
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- A forward thinker and attention to detail
- High level of competence with MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in the RV industry is not necessary, training will be provided
