Looking for a flexible nursing role that lets you focus on meaningful, one-on-one patient care? Aesir Health invites experienced Registered Nurses to join our team of Nurse Liaisons, providing high-quality home-based support to patients across Australia.
About the Role
You'll play a vital role in supporting patients prescribed specific injectable or infusion medications.
Your day may include:
* Administering injectable or infusion therapies safely in patients' homes.
* Previous injection experience is required to ensure competent administration of therapies in the home environment.
* Providing education and ongoing support for patients and caregivers about medication use and disease management.
* Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting through digital systems.
This is a casual community-based position, ideal for nurses who value flexibility and autonomy. Hours and days are arranged based on patient needs and your availability.
About You
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
* Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (hospital or community).
* Competent in medication administration.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Confident working independently and professionally within patient homes.
* Experience with clinical trials or pharmaceutical programs is a bonus, but not essential.
* All Australian work rights are accepted for this position.
