As a Product Owner, you will develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the bank's overall vision, goals, and vendor's product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and establish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a CRM & Marketing product strategy aligned with the bank's overall vision and goals.
* Work with cross-functional teams to provide mentorship and support for successful product delivery.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to communicate product vision and progress.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience as a Product Owner for Salesforce products in the Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
* Senior leader level technical team leadership experience.
* Proven experience in product management within the banking or financial services industry.
