Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to positively impact someone's life? We're currently seeking dedicated female Disability Support Workers to join our experienced and supportive team, delivering 24/7 care in a participant's home.
Proposed Roster Structure
- Morning: 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- Afternoon: 12:30 PM - 6:00 PM
- Evening & Passive Sleepover: 6:00 PM - Sleepover
This position involves a rotating roster covering weekdays, weekends, and passive overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and hygiene support
- Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a protected, clean home environment
- Supporting social and community participation
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutritional needs
- Assisting with mobility (Sara Stedy transfers)
- Medication administration support
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 or HLTAID003)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- National Police Check
- Minimum 12 months of direct or lived experience in disability support
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)
- Full rights to work in Australia

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $34.68 - $62.42 per hour
Experience
- Disability: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Card (required)
- First Aid Certification and CPR (preferred)
Work Authorisation
Australia (required)
