The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will optimize all hiring activities, centralize processes, and support managers through interviews. We need a hiring ninja who can help us double the team from 250 to 500+ talent while consistently raising the bar for top performers.
Own the talent acquisition funnel: role scoping, drafting JDs, advertising, screening and nurturing candidates with a delightful experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to lead the initial stages of the hiring process for a minimum of 20 roles, filtering applications and conducting screening calls.
Optimize interview processes by building situational, behavioral, culture and values question banks.
Support hiring managers in designing role-related tasks, challenges and take-homes.
Activate headhunt mode for niche technical roles, building pipelines across product and engineering.
Provide benchmarking insight to help managers differentiate between great and good talent.
Work with the Head of People to implement talent tools, processes and systems.
Network, build, and nurture relationships with tech, product, engineering, clinicians, sales, ops and CX professionals to create a high-caliber talent pipeline.
Elevate our employer brand creatively through conferences, networking events, community meetups, blogs, socials and videos.
What We'll Look For
3+ years of agency and/or internal talent acquisition experience in tech or startups.
End-to-end hiring process expertise (funnel activation, role scoping, CV screening, interviews, offers, onboarding).
Super-connector who excels at building rapport and nurturing relationships.
Knowledge of hiring technical roles is vital; other areas are learned on the job.
Comfortable with headhunting tactics and cold outreach to build candidate pipelines.
Execution focus – deliver results quickly in chaos and ambiguity.
Strong eye for high-caliber talent and passion for building high-performance culture.
Self-starter, highly motivated, driven by hitting numbers and developing deep relationships with empathy and commercial acumen.
Autonomous, accountable, and able to meet TA requirements and hiring goals.
Compassionate, humorous, full of zest for life, eager to accelerate their career in people and enjoy the work.
