The Business Liaison & Event Coordinatoris a key support role within ACTIO Group, working across our four core divisions—Advisory, Recruitment, Marketing, and Capital. This position is designed for someone who enjoys building genuine professional relationships, keeping things organised, and helping bring people and programs together through purposeful coordination and communication.
This role supports ACTIO's engagement activities, including the Women's Innovation Network NT and Business Growth programs, and plays a part in planning and delivering events that connect people to ideas, opportunities, and impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement practical outreach strategies to attract prospective clients, participants, and stakeholders in line with ACTIO's program and business goals
* Proactively engage with potential clients and program participants to promote involvement and ensure alignment
* Provide clear, personalised support to guide individuals and businesses through the engagement and onboarding process
* Assess suitability for program or service participation and manage enrolments and inductions accordingly
* Represent ACTIO Group at external events and industry functions to maintain visibility and connection with key sectors
* Maintain accurate records and track engagement activity using ACTIO's CRM and project management platforms. We use: Asana, Trello, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey and Humanitix as well as proprietary software
* Assist the Marketing Manager with event delivery, campaign support, communications and social media tasks
* Coordinate events from initial planning and invitations to on-the-day execution and delivery, ensuring each is delivered professionally and aligns with ACTIO's brand and values
* Provide general administrative support to program delivery teams as required
