About the Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering business advisory services, including tax planning, management reporting, budgeting/forecasting, estate planning, and other advisory work
* Advising on complex Australian tax matters with accuracy and confidence
* Managing a growing portfolio of SMEs and building strong client relationships
* Mentoring and managing junior staff to support their development
* Contributing to the growth and culture of the firm
About You
We're looking for a motivated, personable, and high-performing professional who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Ideally, you will have:
* CPA or CA qualified
* Minimum 5 years' Australian tax experience in public practice
* Strong technical knowledge in business services, advisory, and tax
* Excellent client management and communication skills
* Ability to manage and mentor junior staff effectively
