About the Role: You will be joining a talented team initially working on exciting Data Centre projects, where you’ll gain exposure to the fill project lifecycle from initial conception through to completion. Within this role, some of your responsibilities will include: Project Management. Design Management. Contract Administration and Superintendent Services. Consultants Management & Contract Management. Preparation of financial statements. Provide leadership in the continual improvement process of our service. Implement strategies around processes, systems and IP collection. Teamwork. Assist in maintaining team cohesiveness and resolving any conflicts within the team. Give regular and reliable feedback to team and management. Reward and praise good teamwork. Promote a healthy climate of communication including information sharing. Professional Development. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the technical aspects of your role and have the ability to share and distribute this knowledge with other team members. Commit to continual professional development and learning on relevant technological business and human relationship matters. Job Requirements: Ideally you will be a Project Manager who has gained atleast 3 years’ experience and hold a relevant degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering and/or Architecture. Experience working on Data Centres would be highly preferred, however experience working within Pharmaceutical and/or Complex Healthcare will also be considered. Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills are essential to the role, working closely with clients, contractors and other relevant stakeholders.
