The business runs a full-spectrum development model - acquisitions, planning, design, delivery, leasing/sales and exit. The challenge? Live projects are demanding, and the market doesn't wait. This role exists to own the commercial front end of the live development pipeline and turn opportunity into revenue.
The mandate
You'll lead sales and leasing across a national industrial property development book - engaging the market early, driving pre-leasing and sales outcomes, and sharpening revenue recognition across projects with flexible exit strategies (englobo land, turnkey, pre-lease driven acquisitions).
You'll be the single point of contact for occupiers and agents, pulling the right people in at the right time as opportunities firm up.
What you'll be doing
Owning all occupier enquiry across the live development portfolio
Driving pre-leasing, sales and turnkey outcomes to accelerate value
Leading submissions end-to-end (DMs, architects, consultants, contractors)
Deploying project-specific marketing strategies
Negotiating commercially with occupiers
Working closely with capital transactions team to align occupier demand with future sites
What we are looking for
You'll have a deep understanding of the full property development lifecycle (not just the front end)
Experienced in negotiating and executing Agreements for Lease in Industrial Property
A vast network in the industrial property market (Agents, Tenant Reps, Occupiers etc)
A genuine obsession with systems, process and continuous improvement
Resilience, urgency and a strong competitive edge - you like winning deals
Comfort operating under pressure in fast-moving, complex environments
Strong values alignment and a team-first mindset
