Strategic HR Business Partner
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HR professional to join as a Strategic HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operational advisory and delivery support to employees and leaders across HR service areas in accordance with a new and innovative HR Service Delivery Model.
* Respond to and resolve complex HR enquiries escalating to specialist teams as needed.
* Review, update and create Workforce Administration related policies, processes, procedures and templates.
* Identify opportunities and support activity to improve, digitise and automate HR processes.
* Actively support implementation and delivery of established and new Workforce Experience services developed by the Centre of Expertise; including Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging and Engagement initiatives.
* Deliver established and develop new Performance Management initiatives, programs and services.
* Provide organisational change process advice and guidance to business leaders.
About You:
* Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering role with demonstrated achievement delivering HR projects and initiatives to meet organisational goals.
* A relevant Tertiary qualification, or equivalent experience.
* Effective at developing productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
