What You'll Be Doing:
Managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles, from trades to professional positions
Sourcing and attracting top talent through multiple channels
Screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
Play a key role in maintaining and improving our HR Business systems
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in mining, construction, or trades
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple roles in a high-volume environment
A results-driven approach with a focus on candidate experience
Familiarity with recruitment systems and social media sourcing
Willingness to ongoing learning and development
