About This Role
As a member of our Product support team, this role supports our Mining business customers across Western Australia.
Responsibilities
* Manage the engine life database
* Respond to urgent customer requirements – technical and product issues
* Liaise with key stakeholders such as our customers and engineers
* Develop strong relationships with our valued customers
* Uphold our Cummins values and adhere to all company policies and procedures
* A college, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience
* Intermediate level of relevant work experience in technical support, diagnostics, or field service
* Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders
* Proven ability to manage complex technical issues and synthesize large volumes of diagnostic data
* Proficiency in using electronic service tools, diagnostic software, and mechanical/electronic troubleshooting equipment
* A customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving problems and delivering value
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
* Familiarity with Cummins products and service systems is a plus
Desirable Attributes
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer centric approach to business
* Able to develop strong, value-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Serve as a technical support resource, providing diagnostic support on complex repair events
* Mechanical training is desirable but not essential
