EHS and Rail Safety Professional
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled EHS professional to manage rail safety across our operations in Ballarat. As an EHS and Rail Safety Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive EHS policies, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a safe work culture.
About the Role:
* Develop and maintain procedures for the EHS Management System, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Conduct internal audits, prepare training plans, and collaborate with site teams to ensure a robust EHS framework.

Requirements:
* Degree in Workplace Health and Safety or related field.
* Expertise in local EHS laws, particularly rail safety regulations.
* Proven experience in EHS management, preferably within the rail industry.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, ability to motivate teams, and drive change initiatives.
