A leading hotel chain in Darwin is seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee daily operations at the Novotel, Mercure, and Ibis hotels. The role involves managing check-ins and guest needs, supervising the front office team, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Candidates should have a diploma in hospitality or business management and at least 2 years of hotel industry experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud is essential. Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply.
