With preparation handled offshore, your focus will be on review, team management, and client advisory. Manage client relationships across a diverse SME portfolio Review and finalise compliance work prepared by the offshore team Mentor and support junior staff Lead client meetings and provide strategic tax advice Identify opportunities to add value through advisory services Skills and Experience: CA/CPA qualified (or willing to undertake) Proven experience in a public practice environment Confident reviewing work and providing feedback to junior staff Skilled in client management and advisory Proficient in Xero and cloud-based systems About the Company: This locally owned Sunshine Coast firm has supported SME clients across Australia since 1999, specialising in industries such as property, construction, digital and medical.
