About the Role
Join STEPS as our RTO Training & Assessment Manager, where you'll lead the development and maintenance of high-quality training and assessment resources.
This role ensures compliance with ASQA standards and the VET Quality Framework, supporting trainers and assessors to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
You'll oversee resource development, validation processes, and credential compliance, contributing to the success of our learners and the reputation of our RTO.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee development and validation of training and assessment resources
Ensure compliance with VET Quality Framework and ASQA requirements
Monitor trainer and assessor credentials and professional development
Manage LMS (Moodle) and SMS (Wisenet) to meet compliance standards
Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement
About You
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) or RTO Compliance qualification highly regarded
Strong knowledge of Standards for RTOs and VET Quality Framework
Proven experience in developing compliant training and assessment materials
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage priorities and deliver within timeframes
Mandatory Requirements
Right to Work in Australia
Acceptable National Police Check (renewed every 2 years)
