We're searching for a Project Manager who is dedicated to their craft and looking for a company who can provide long term tenure. We also encourage Senior Project Engineers to apply who are looking for that next step up at the right company.
The Role
* Ensure the project is focused on achieving project objectives and delivering the agreed services
* Responsible for supporting the ground crew on each worksite so that activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively
* Monitor Quality control of internal and sub contract crews
* Ensure compliance to drawings, specifications and governing body standards
* Assist with resourcing plant, labour and subcontractors
* Oversee progress of the project and calculate income as per the tender schedule
* Liaise with clients representatives and governing bodies
* Support and advise site supervisor
* Lead a team of engineers
Your Background
* Degree or Diploma in the relevant field (Civil Engineering preferred)
* Experience in land development/undergrounds/pavements and earthworks projects for at least 4 years
* Experience with both small and large projects preferred
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Direct management with excellent communication skills
* Understanding of contracts and project cost control management
* Commitment to OSH
* Drivers Licence
* Pass a pre-employment medical
* Have permanent work rights in Australia
